The African Research center for Social Development (ARCSD) is an independent monitoring, evaluation, learning and research institution that offers specialized solutions to social problems. Since its founding in 2019, we have evolved from a consortium of world-renowned researchers and MEL specialists to a full-fledged international research center focused on pushing novel techniques and altering the way donors approach social problems.
